It is very important that before placing your order, you check that the karat of the Gold items is correct.
Karats are indicated in the selector, either in the form of squares of different colors where the karat is indicated in text, or in the form of a drop-down in the case of rings.
On the item card, you can select it directly from the Finishes drop-down menu.
You can also see the carat in the last two digits of the reference and, in the case of rings, in its last four digits.
Example: O85032OR18 would be 18kt Gold and O99014OR0912 would be a 9kt Gold ring size 12.
*No exchanges or returns are allowed for carat errors on Gold items.
For personalised items in sterling silver, stainless steel and 18kt gold, the production time will be 24/48 working hours maximum.

When an order leaves our facilities, the delivery time of the packages will be:
- From 24 to 48 hours for orders with delivery in the Peninsula.
- From 48 to 72 hours for orders with delivery to the Balearic Islands.
- From 3 to 4 working days in the rest of Spain.
- 3 to 4 working days for orders with delivery in France, United Kingdom, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Luxenburg and Germany.

RETURNS POLICY
If you have chosen the wrong size or article, you will be able to change it for another one within 14 days of receiving the order.
In these cases, the return and reshipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be changed or repaired. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.
*We do not accept exchanges for caratage errors on Gold items or personalised items.
Purchases are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a mistake in the preparation of the order.
In this case, you can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used and it keeps its original packaging.
To do so, you will have to notify us at sales@jmdsilver.com, notifying us within 72 hours of the delivery note being issued or of the receipt of the order in the case of delivery by courier. Remember to indicate in the email the delivery note or invoice number, reference number and quantity of the defective items and the reason for the return.
Our Customer Service team will inform you of the next steps to follow.
JMD Silver will pay the shipping costs as long as the sum of the amount of the defective parts exceeds 150€. Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be exchanged or repaired. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.
We do not work retail and our sale is exclusively wholesale, so if the customer does not wish to wait to add that amount, the cost of collection shall be borne by the customer.
*We do not accept returns due to carat errors on Gold items, nor for the loss of the plating on Sterling Silver items due to use, for reasons of hygiene.
