How can I place an order?

Choose the references and add them to the cart.

In the shopping cart you can add or remove units. 

Then fill out the shipping and billing forms in the shopping cart.

Select the payment method to complete your purchase and you will be directed to the selected payment processing page.

How long takes the order?

When an order leaves our facilities, the delivery time of the packages will be: 

- From 24 to 48 hours for orders with delivery in the Peninsula.
- From 48 to 72 hours for orders with delivery to the Balearic Islands. 
- From 3 to 4 working days in the rest of Spain.
- 3 to 4 working days for orders with delivery in France, United Kingdom, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Luxenburg and Germany.

RETURNS POLICY

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you have chosen the wrong size or article, you will be able to change it for another one within 14 days of receiving the order.

In these cases, the return and reshipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be changed or repaired. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Purchases are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a mistake in the preparation of the order.

In this case, you can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used and it keeps its original packaging. 

To do so, you will have to notify us at sales@jmdsilver.com, notifying us within 72 hours of the delivery note being issued or of the receipt of the order in the case of delivery by courier. Remember to indicate in the email the delivery note or invoice number, reference number and quantity of the defective items and the reason for the return.

Our Customer Service team will inform you of the next steps to follow.

JMD Silver will pay the shipping costs as long as the sum of the amount of the defective parts exceeds 150€. Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be exchanged or repaired. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.

We do not work retail and our sale is exclusively wholesale, so if the customer does not wish to wait to add that amount, the cost of collection shall be borne by the customer.

*We do not accept exchanges for the loss of the bath due to its use, for reasons of hygiene.
