Once selected by the CLIENT the Products that he wishes to acquire and, before proceeding to the payment of the same ones, a final summary will be presented identifying the acquired Products and its total price (Taxes and transport included).
JMD Silver will try to ensure that all the information on the price of the Products is accurate, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a Product, JMD Silver will send an e-mail to JMD Silver indicating the correct price of the Product and requesting confirmation of the order. In the event that JMD Silver does not confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price, the purchase of the said Product shall be deemed cancelled. In the event that JMD Silver is unable to contact the CUSTOMER, the order will be considered cancelled.
The price of the Products will be that indicated on the Web and may be modified by JMD Silver at any time. Changes in the price of the Products may not affect the amount of the confirmed orders.
As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will be sent an email with the tracking number of your order.
JMD Silver will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the address indicated does not correspond to the reality or the necessary data for the delivery have been omitted.
We do not take responsibility for the fact that your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with NÁCEX or periods of high volume of sales (such as Black Friday, Christmas...).
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have made a mistake in size or reference, you may exchange it for another within 14 days of receipt of the article, as established by the Law on Consumers and Users.
Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be exchanged. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.
In these cases, the costs of return and reshipment will be borne by the customer.
To make a change you must send an email to email@example.com in which you specify your details, order number, the references to be changed and the reason for generating a new order with the products you want to change.
Following the indications of our Customer Service, you will have to send us the articles. To do this, you will have to prepare a package with the complete product in its original packaging.
When you receive the new order, the courier will pick up the package with the items to be exchanged.
No changes or returns of items will be accepted with due delivery.
Changes are not allowed due to the loss of the bath due to its use, for hygiene reasons. The speed of loss of bath will depend on different factors such as sweating, mode of use, PH of the skin of each person or the use of chemicals on the skin.
Unless the return is due to an error by JMD Silver or the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, no refund will be made for shipping, customs or any other service related to your order.
If the return occurs after the deadline or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging, JMD Silver cannot accept the return and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on personalised items.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for caratage errors on Gold items. It is very important that before placing your order, you check that the caratage of the gold items is correct. Carats are indicated in the selector, either in square forms of different colors where the carat is indicated in text, or in a drop-down menu form in the case of rings. In the article file, you can select it directly from the Finishing drop-down menu. In addition, you can see the caratage in the last two digits of the reference and, in the case of rings, in the last four digits. Example: O85032OR18 would be 18kt gold and O99014OR0912 would be a 9kt gold ring size 12.
JMD Silver reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these special conditions.
