APPLICABLE TAXES AND PRICE

All Product prices are expressed in Euros and do not include VAT.

Product prices do not include shipping costs.

Once selected by the CLIENT the Products that he wishes to acquire and, before proceeding to the payment of the same ones, a final summary will be presented identifying the acquired Products and its total price (Taxes and transport included).

JMD Silver will try to ensure that all the information on the price of the Products is accurate, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a Product, JMD Silver will send an e-mail to JMD Silver indicating the correct price of the Product and requesting confirmation of the order. In the event that JMD Silver does not confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price, the purchase of the said Product shall be deemed cancelled. In the event that JMD Silver is unable to contact the CUSTOMER, the order will be considered cancelled.

The price of the Products will be that indicated on the Web, and may be modified by JMD Silver at any time. Changes in the price of the Products may not affect the amount of the confirmed orders.

SHIPMENT

As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will be sent an email with the tracking number of your order.

We send the orders through the courier company NÁCEX. The delivery time of the packages will be from 48 to 72 hours for orders with delivery in the Peninsula, and from 3 to 4 working days in the rest of Spain. 

Customs charges that may be incurred at destination are not included. These expenses will be assumed by the client and will have to be paid to the reception of the order.

DELIVERY

The delivery is considered confirmed as soon as the recipient signs for the delivery.

They are made from Monday to Friday between 10:00h and 18:00h. In case you are not at home or the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the company NÁCEX will contact you to set an alternative delivery date.

In the event that 15 days have passed since the dispatch of a shipment and it is returned because it has not been picked up by the customer, no refund of shipping costs will be made. In case of any incidence detected in your shipment we will contact you.

JMD Silver will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the address indicated does not correspond to the reality or the necessary data for the delivery have been omitted.

We do not take responsibility for the fact that your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with NÁCEX or periods of high volume of sales (such as Black Friday, Christmas...).

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have made a mistake in your size, you can make the change for another one within 14 days from the reception of the article, as established by the Law of Consumers and Users. In these cases, the costs of return as new shipment, will be borne by the customer.

The amount of the purchases is not refunded except in case of manufacturing damage, taking into account that before sending an article is carefully reviewed every detail of it to avoid such circumstances being recorded in the state in which it is sent.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased item provided it has not been used and retains its original packaging. You will have to notify us within 72 hours after receiving the order to pedidos@jmdsilver.com. To request an exchange or return you need to write an email to pedidos@jmdsilver.com in which you specify your details, order number and reason. 

Later, you will have to send us the package. You will have to prepare a package with the complete product in its original packaging. Once received in our warehouse, we will check the state of the articles and proceed to the exchange or refund of the amount. JMD Silver will take care of all the expenses involved in the collection of the product(s) and the subsequent delivery of the new one, provided that once they have been examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or faults in the product(s) is confirmed.

Once we have received the product, we will examine it and inform you whether you are entitled to a replacement. Products that are not in the same condition as received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that we are replacing the non-compliant item.

It will be an indispensable requirement for the change the good condition of the article, without marks of use and returned with the original packaging.

No changes or returns of items will be accepted with due delivery.

Changes are not allowed due to the loss of the bath due to its use, for hygiene reasons. The speed of loss of bath will depend on different factors such as sweating, mode of use, PH of the skin of each person or the use of chemicals on the skin.

Unless the return is due to an error by JMD Silver or the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, no refund will be made for shipping, customs or any other service related to your order.

If the return occurs after the deadline or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging, JMD Silver cannot accept the return and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

JMD Silver reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these special conditions.
