APPLICABLE TAXES AND PRICE
All Product prices are expressed in Euros and do not include VAT.
Product prices do not include shipping costs.
Once selected by the CLIENT the Products that he wishes to acquire and, before proceeding to the payment of the same ones, a final summary will be presented identifying the acquired Products and its total price (Taxes and transport included).
JMD Silver will try to ensure that all the information on the price of the Products is accurate, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a Product, JMD Silver will send an e-mail to JMD Silver indicating the correct price of the Product and requesting confirmation of the order. In the event that JMD Silver does not confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price, the purchase of the said Product shall be deemed cancelled. In the event that JMD Silver is unable to contact the CUSTOMER, the order will be considered cancelled.
The price of the Products will be that indicated on the Web and may be modified by JMD Silver at any time. Changes in the price of the Products may not affect the amount of the confirmed orders.

SHIPMENT
As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will be sent an email with the tracking number of your order.
We send the orders through the courier company NÁCEX. The delivery time of the packages will be from 24 to 48 hours for orders with delivery in the Peninsula, and from 5 to 7 working days in the rest of Spain.
Customs charges that may be incurred at destination are not included. These expenses will be assumed by the client and will have to be paid to the reception of the order.

DELIVERY
The delivery is considered confirmed as soon as the recipient signs for the delivery.
They are made from Monday to Friday between 10:00h and 18:00h. In case you are not at home or the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the company NÁCEX will contact you to set an alternative delivery date.
In the event that 15 days have passed since the dispatch of a shipment and it is returned because it has not been picked up by the customer, no refund of shipping costs will be made. In case of any incidence detected in your shipment we will contact you.
JMD Silver will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the address indicated does not correspond to the reality or the necessary data for the delivery have been omitted.
We do not take responsibility for the fact that your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with NÁCEX or periods of high volume of sales (such as Black Friday, Christmas...).
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The amount of the purchases is not refunded except in case of manufacturing damage, taking into account that before sending an article is carefully reviewed every detail of it to avoid such circumstances being recorded in the state in which it is sent.
CHANGES
If you have made a mistake in size or reference, you may exchange it for another within 14 days of receipt of the article, as established by the Law on Consumers and Users.
Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be exchanged. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.
In these cases, the costs of return and reshipment will be borne by the customer.
To make a change you must send an email to sales@jmdsilver.com in which you specify your details, order number, the references to be changed and the reason for generating a new order with the products you want to change.
Following the indications of our Customer Service, you will have to send us the articles. To do this, you will have to prepare a package with the complete product in its original packaging.
When you receive the new order, the courier will pick up the package with the items to be exchanged.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for errors or manufacturing defects.
JMD Silver will pay the shipping costs as long as the sum of the amount of the defective parts exceeds 150€. Only those references that have been notified upon receipt of the goods will be exchanged or repaired. Therefore, it is the customer's obligation to check the order once it has been received.
We do not work retail and our sale is exclusively wholesale, so if the customer does not wish to wait to add up the amount, the collection costs will be borne by the customer.
To request a return, the customer must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the order at sales@jmdsilver.com . To do this, you must send an email to sales@jmdsilver.com specifying your details, order number and reason.
The maximum period for returns is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer.

Following the instructions of our Customer Service, you will have to send us the items to be returned. To do this, you will have to prepare a package with the complete product in its original packaging. Once received in our warehouse, we will check the condition of the items and proceed to exchange or refund the amount.
Once we receive the product, we will examine it and we will inform you if you are entitled to a replacement. Products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that we are proceeding with the replacement of the non-conforming item.
JMD Silver will bear all the costs involved in the collection of the product/s and the subsequent delivery of the new one, provided that the sum of the amount of the defective parts exceeds 150€, they are notified upon receipt of the goods and once examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or faults in them is confirmed.
It will be an essential requirement for the exchange the good condition of the article, without marks of use and returned with the original packaging.
No changes or returns of items will be accepted with due delivery.
Changes are not allowed due to the loss of the bath due to its use, for hygiene reasons. The speed of loss of bath will depend on different factors such as sweating, mode of use, PH of the skin of each person or the use of chemicals on the skin.
Unless the return is due to an error by JMD Silver or the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, no refund will be made for shipping, customs or any other service related to your order.
If the return occurs after the deadline or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging, JMD Silver cannot accept the return and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on personalised items.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for caratage errors on Gold items. It is very important that before placing your order, you check that the caratage of the gold items is correct. Carats are indicated in the selector, either in square forms of different colors where the carat is indicated in text, or in a drop-down menu form in the case of rings. In the article file, you can select it directly from the Finishing drop-down menu. In addition, you can see the caratage in the last two digits of the reference and, in the case of rings, in the last four digits. Example: O85032OR18 would be 18kt gold and O99014OR0912 would be a 9kt gold ring size 12.
JMD Silver reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these special conditions.
